CITY OF LIGHT is a photographic series created during my travels throughout 2024. Drawn to illuminated signs that reveal themselves only at night, I photographed fragments of cities such as Paris, Milan, Mainz, Mexico City, San Francisco, and my hometown, Manaus. Back in the studio, each image was reduced to my signature palette of orange and blue, using repetition and negative space to amplify energy and presence. The series reflects on light as guidance, rhythm, and resistance, and on the act of being visible in the dark.
